What this website collects

The public website may collect general enquiry details (name, email, phone, message). Do not submit ID numbers, medical history, or clinical photos through website forms.

Patient intake and clinical data

Booking, consent, and clinical intake are processed by the Mia Healthcare Platform and clinical systems (including GoodX), not stored in the marketing website database.

Retired upload forms

Legacy public upload areas (patient consent, aligner case files, client info) have been retired from the marketing site. After you book, complete consent on Mia’s secure booking pages (the link is in your confirmation email). You can also contact your clinic.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager (GTM-WBGF8WB) for analytics, loaded through our first-party server-side tagging host when configured. Non-essential cookies stay off until you accept via the on-site banner.
