Lingual orthodontics requires hand-finishing tolerances most labs aren't set up for. Surgical splints for orthognathic cases need to transfer perfectly from the planning workflow to theatre. Plan the chair with confidence. Every device carries a published window, retainers from 3 to 4 days, standard appliances in 5 to 10, specialist work in 10 to 14, and rush quoted before we cut.

When you're putting a device in a patient's mouth for months, the materials, the QC and the remake policy matter. Everything Adam Labs ships is traceable to a case file, a senior technician, and a published material spec.
